The new nightly ritual

After his bath, Jantzen has to play with Rick's headlamp. (Of course Rick just happens to have a headlamp laying around the house.)

Jantzen has really taken to wearing it on his head and putting it on the flashing mode. It's kind of like a Baby Rave. All we need is some bad house music and Jantzen will be all set.

Starched button down? check.
Sweet tie? check.

I'm ready to attack the California Roll with my chopsticks.

What? You're not supposed to use two hands?
Fine.

Hmmm, this is harder than it looks.

At the end of the day he ended up disecting the roll and eating the avocado, crab and some of the rice. It was a big ol mess, but such a treat to watch.

Sunday morning

I hope to have a few better pics to share later... but I had to post this even before we went to church. He's too cute this morning in his new tie.
